The term Management means the Management Corporation and/or its Managing Agent are/is responsible for the management and maintenance of the condominium

The duties of the Management are to primarily manage and maintain the common property within Valley Park Condominium. In order to provide a high standard of management to the condominium, professional staff and contractors have been engaged to discharge the duties of the Management. To enable the Management, cleaning and security staff, etc., to carry out their duties properly, they must not be used by any resident for his own interest, nor must they receive any instructions from any person other than the Management, that may conflict with their normal duties.
